Orlandus A. Branch

Orlandus is an entrepreneurial businessman with over 25 years of experience in numerous investment models across multiple industries. He has created, expanded, and developed multiple, profitable entities ranging from $25 million to $1 billion in gross revenues and currently acts as General Partner in over twenty separate entities. He spent most of his career investing and managing private investments for professional athletes, with focus on real estate holdings and [other investment portfolios]. Mr. Branch is currently working with large investment banks and high-net-worth individuals to offer alternative funding for creative projects that allow for diversified portfolios.

Jeff Manion

Jeff is a seasoned executive who specializes in turning around troubled manufacturing organizations and creating efficient and profitable enterprises. Over more than 25 years as an executive, he has developed new products, negotiated difficult contracts, streamlined systems and expanded operations. He currently owns a real estate investing company, previously owned the multi-million dollar company Stainless Fabricating Company, Inc. in Colorado and was president of Crosby Manufacturing, Inc in Minnesota.

Jim Reilly

A native of Pennsylvania, Jim moved to Virginia where he worked for E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company in a variety of departments. During this time, he was one of five Quality Assurance investigators and won awards including the Quality Leadership Award. He was also part of safety teams within various departments, selected to train other Dupont employees in a team building program based on Outward Bound's approach and trained Canadian workers in Dupont's Canadian division. After retiring from Dupont, Jim went on to partner in a construction company and is currently involved in a craft beer brewery.

Mike Ford

Mike has been constructing/managing commercial and residential projects for over 30 years. Trained by the Virginia Department of Historic Resourses, he is a historic structures renovation expert. Among his many accomplishments, Mike has been nominated and received awards for historic and new construction including a Southern Living award for Best Renovation and RVA Homes magazine winner for Best New House.

Beau White

Vice President of Operations for Harbor Lakes, Beau has extensive experience in project management, renovations, contracting, property management, communications, and marketing. He was an integral member of the Federal Anti-Terror task forces safeguarding the Olympics, Presidential Inaugurals and Transitions, Joint Economic Summits, and other major national events. Early in his public service career, Mr. White was an Environmental Protection Specialist responsible for reporting to Congress on GSA’s design and construction projects compliance with environmental regulations. He also served on the EPA task force writing environmental legislation and publishing a comprehensive agency guide for creating Federal environmental impact statements.
